Arindam Mukherjee

Arindam Mukherjee is an accomplished data and analytics leader with extensive experience spanning over 18 years in various key positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Data & Analytics Engineering at NatWest Group, Arindam leads Wealth and Private D&A initiatives in India. Previous roles include Head of Data Platforms at IG Group, where Arindam oversaw a comprehensive data platform landscape, and Chapter Area Leader at Commonwealth Bank, responsible for establishing the Data Platforms function in India. Arindam's experience also includes significant contributions at TransUnion, where leadership roles were held in engineering practices and data integration, as well as various technical positions at RS Software and IBM. Arindam holds an Executive MBA in Leadership & Strategy from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
