Meghan Cassidy

Meghan Cassidy is an experienced engineering manager currently leading data engineering and analytics at Thrive Global since October 2023, where responsibilities include managing a diverse team and enhancing data strategies. Prior to Thrive, Meghan served as a manager of product analytics at Brooklyn Data Co. and held several analytical roles including lead data analyst and senior data analyst at Dataquest.io, where notable achievements included conducting A/B tests and developing metrics for product improvement. Earlier experience includes teaching mathematics at Gonzaga College High School, serving as an adjunct instructor at Georgetown University, and conducting research at multiple institutions. Meghan holds a master's degree in mathematics and statistics from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Maryland.
