Balakrishnan Rathinam

Balakrishnan Rathinam is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager at NatWest Group since December 2022, managing a team of 30 individuals focused on anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) operations. Prior to NatWest Group, Balakrishnan held the position of Associate Manager at Standard Chartered Bank from October 2016 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Process Associate at HSBC from February 2015 to February 2016. Balakrishnan holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Administration and Management from Sree Saraswathi Thiagaraja College, completed between 2006 and 2009.
