Ben Williams

Ben Williams is currently the Team Lead of Customer Insight Data Operations at NatWest Group, a position held since September 2022. In this role, Ben oversees a team focused on developing and analyzing customer surveys in collaboration with the Marketing team to enhance customer experience. Previously, from August 2011 to August 2022, Ben worked at RBS as an Analytics Manager, where responsibilities included managing Closed Loop Feedback for commercial and business banking and overseeing NPS surveys. Ben's earlier roles at RBS included positions as a Senior Asset Enablement Analyst and a Senior Real Estate and Sectors Analyst, among others. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Exeter, completed in 2010, and attended Westcliff High School for Boys from 2000 to 2007.
