Charlynn Koranteng is a seasoned professional in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Customer & Colleague Journeys Lead for People Consulting (DE&I) at NatWest Group, Charlynn previously held the role of Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Deloitte, where responsibilities included leading diversity strategy and advising on best hiring practices. Prior experience at KPMG involved managing attraction and outreach initiatives focused on social mobility, ethnicity, and gender, with notable achievements in program management and stakeholder engagement. Charlynn founded UpOnItCareers, an online platform to prepare young individuals for career advancement. Additional roles include support at The Social Mobility Foundation and internships at various organizations. Charlynn holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sussex, specializing in International Law, Gender, and Human Rights.
