Declan O'Gorman

Declan O'Gorman is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Engineering at NatWest Group since July 2019, overseeing a team of 1,000 and delivering engineering platforms and capabilities for over 10,000 software engineers. Prior to this role, Declan held several positions at RBS, including Head of Digital & Engineering Services and Director roles focusing on CRM and Identity & Access Management. Declan's earlier career includes positions at Barclays Investment Bank, where significant contributions were made in commodities risk technology and derivatives platforms. Declan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick.
