Duncan Penman

Duncan Penman is an experienced professional in property risk and credit management, currently serving as Head of Property Risk & Climate at NatWest Group since July 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing residential property valuation and credit strategy for retail mortgage and Buy to Let portfolios. Prior to this role, Duncan was the Buy to Let & Property Credit Risk Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland from August 2006 to July 2018, also holding positions as Specialist Segments Manager and Property Risk Manager focused on credit risk strategy and policy. Earlier in Duncan's career, from August 1994 to June 2006, Duncan worked as Associate Director at David Adamson, specializing in property valuation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Marine Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Estate Management, both from Heriot-Watt University.
