Grace Treanor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and development within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Director of Affluent Proposition Strategy and Development at NatWest Group since December 2020, Grace has previously held the position of Associate Director, Client Journey Design Manager at Coutts. During a notable tenure at Westpac Group, Grace led a cross-functional agile team while defining strategy and customer value propositions across digital services. As a pioneer entrepreneur, Grace founded Super Bon Pty Ltd, establishing a successful bar in Sydney's North Shore and garnering media recognition for leadership in entrepreneurship. Grace holds a Bachelor of Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Ravenswood School for Girls.
