Harpreet Sihra has extensive experience in finance and digital transformation, currently serving as the Strategy Execution & Data Lead in the Digital Transformation Office at NatWest Group since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing the retail banking transformation portfolio and optimizing strategic performance metrics. Prior to this role, Harpreet held various positions including Director of Client Journey Strategy & Performance at Coutts and Senior Finance Business Partner for Corporate & Private Banking Ventures at NatWest Group. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles in finance and transformation at GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, Barclays, and Lloyds Banking Group, as well as consultancy work at arHarpreet's Ltd and Milton Keynes Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Harpreet holds a degree from Coventry University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
