Kevin McDowall

Kevin McDowall currently serves as the Global Payroll Performance Lead at NatWest Group since May 2023. Previously, Kevin held various leadership positions at Morgan Stanley from August 2012 to May 2023, including Head of Payroll EMEA, Deputy Head EMEA Payroll, Payroll Projects Manager, EMEA Payroll Manager, and Senior EMEA Payroll. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Notre Dame College between 2001 and 2005.
