Nicola Dunlop

Nicola Dunlop is a Senior UX Researcher at NatWest Group since May 2024, focusing on leading investigations of customer experiences across various platforms to enhance human-centred design. Previous roles include Lead User Researcher at Clarity AI and Senior User Researcher at Zettle by PayPal. With a background in UX and product design, Nicola has held positions such as Product Designer at Money Dashboard and Senior UX Consultant at AmazeRealise. Education includes a BDes (Hons) in Product and Experience Design from The Glasgow School of Art and a BS in Industrial and Product Design from the University of the Arts. Early experience includes a design internship at Flywheel and work on customer experiences at Skills Development Scotland.
