Stuart Sands

Stuart Sands is currently the COO and Head of Professional Practices at NatWest Group, a position held since 2023. Previously, Stuart has served as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a Senior Manager at Deloitte from 2001 to 2011. In the Royal Bank of Scotland, Stuart held various leadership roles in Internal Audit, including Head of Planning & Reporting and Head of Finance. Stuart earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The Robert Gordon University from 1992 to 1996.
