Vishal Mohan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer data transformation and digital strategy within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Customer Data Transformation at NatWest Group, Vishal has also held various leadership positions including Director roles focused on customer onboarding and transformation. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Deloitte, providing strategic and operational advisory for retail financial services, and a Senior Vice President position at Citibank, where Vishal led a significant global retail banking transformation program. With a foundational background as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at Hewitt Associates, Perot Systems, and Polaris Software, Vishal holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Technology from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Communication Engineering from the State College of Engineering in Haryana, India.
