Role Overview
The Founder’s Office of Resilience is a cornerstone leadership role at NAUCode, responsible for driving financial sustainability, adaptive strategies, and scalable systems across the organization. This position requires a strong investor mindset, with a focus on designing incentive-driven systems, optimizing deal structures, and ensuring profitability at every level. The ideal candidate will champion resilience in operations and finances, enabling NAUCode to thrive in dynamic market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Services P&Ls (Profit & Loss Management)
- Oversee financial performance and governance across all service offerings and projects.
- Design and implement a Holistic Commission & Equity Dashboard to monitor and optimize incentives tied to project outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure profitability and resource efficiency.
2. Corporate Finance with an Investor Mindset
- Manage and maintain balance sheets, payroll systems, and investment workflows with precision and clarity.
- Design scalable investment processing systems to attract and manage external funding.
- Align financial strategies with investor expectations to maximize ROI on deals and partnerships.
3. Work Policies and Incentives
- Establish rewards and penalties frameworks to align individual and team performance with organizational goals.
- Develop policies that incentivize excellence while fostering accountability and resilience in operations.
4. Packaging & Compliance
- Define and manage franchise terms and compliance frameworks for scaling operations effectively.
- Prioritize strategic launches and package deals to ensure profitability and organizational growth.
5. Strategic Collaboration
- Identify and structure high-impact investment opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead initiatives to align financial systems with broader organizational goals, ensuring every decision drives resilience and scalability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate finance, investment management, or P&L ownership.
- Strong understanding of incentive-based governance systems.
- Familiarity with financial tools and dashboards (e.g., Notion, Excel, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
