Tiffany Deitelbaum

Tiffany Deitelbaum has extensive experience in educational leadership and instruction, currently serving as School Principal at Naugatuck Board of Education since November 2017, previously holding the role of Assistant Principal. With a background as an Instructional Coach from August 2015 to November 2017, Tiffany emphasized positive relationships with educators and effective communication of researched-based instructional practices. Recognized for excellence in teaching, Tiffany was a Connecticut State Teacher of the Year Semifinalist in 2016 and received the District Teacher of the Year award the same year. Tiffany's teaching career began in 1996, spanning various roles such as District Math Consultant and classroom teacher for grades 6-8 in Math and Science. Tiffany holds a 6th Year Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Sacred Heart University, a Master of Education in Reading and Language Arts from Central Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University.
