Terri Naughtin

Terri Naughtin has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Terri is currently the CEO and founder of Naughtin Group, a company they launched in April 2018. Prior to that, Terri served as a board member of the Alumni Advisory Board at the University of St. Thomas, starting in 2017. Before their current roles, they worked at NGS Global as a Senior Partner and Managing Partner for the firm's Minneapolis office from 2006 to 2018. From 2004 to 2006, they were the EVP Managing Director at DHR International. Terri also spent nearly 18 years at Andcor Companies, Inc., a boutique executive search and human resources consulting firm, where they held the position of Partner from 1985 to 2002.

Terri Naughtin attended Highland Park Senior High School in St. Paul but did not attain a degree. Terri then went on to study at the University of St. Thomas from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing.
