Shubham Bawa

Shubham Bawa is a marketing professional with extensive experience across various roles in brand management and marketing. Currently serving as the Lead Brand Marketing at Naukri.com since June 2022, Shubham has successfully led the #MyKindaNaukri campaign. Prior to this, a Senior Brand Manager at Mamaearth, Shubham managed ATL marketing activations and oversight of a 1000 Crore P&L. Experience as a Category Manager at Vishal Mega Mart included driving a 100 Crore topline with significant year-over-year growth. Previous roles include Brand Manager at CavinKare, Assistant Manager at TAFE, and Management Trainee with experience in digital marketing and market research.
