Walter McLaughlin

Walter McLaughlin is an experienced Project Superintendent currently leading field activities at Nauset Construction Corp. since October 2016, with responsibilities including safety, schedule management, quality control, and HR. Prior experience includes serving as Project Superintendent at Fontaine Bros., Inc. from June 2012 to August 2016, where involvement in significant projects such as Western New England University's Sleith Hall and various public libraries was noted. Walter’s background also includes an internship in business development and marketing at Quikforce, a student internship at the Massachusetts Office of International Trade and Investment, and coaching roles at The Williston Northampton School. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Boston University and a GED from The Williston Northampton School.
