Rahul Kanojia is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations, performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Currently serving as HR Manager at NauticFleet since October 2023, Rahul previously held the role of Assistant Manager Human Resources at Scorpio India from July 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing dynamic performance management systems and overseeing various HR operations. Prior to that, Rahul worked as a Senior Executive HR at Genius Consultants Limited, focusing on goal setting and the full employee life cycle, and as an HR Executive at EMMBI INDUSTRIES LIMITED, handling day-to-day HR activities and salary calculations. Rahul holds a Bachelor's degree in management from R.K. Institute Of Management and Research and completed SSC at St. Lawrence High School.
