Russel Lopez has a robust background in technical support and help desk operations, currently serving as a Help Desk Technician at Nauticon Office Solutions since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Help Desk Specialist and Audio Visual Technician at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) from September 2018 to September 2021, as well as Technical Support at AMRC Holdings Company Inc. from August 2017 to April 2018.
