Allyson Lunsford

Allyson Lunsford, CIC, currently serves as the AVP, Head of Partner Management at Nautilus Insurance Group since June 2023. Previously, Lunsford held various positions at The Hartford from April 2020 to June 2023, including Director of Partner Management and Senior E&S Partner Manager. Lunsford's experience also includes roles as Director of Underwriting and Senior Underwriter at Maxum Specialty Insurance Group (2017-2020), and Middle Market Sales Underwriter at The Hanover Insurance Group (2016-2017). Earlier career highlights include working as a Broker at All Risks, Ltd (2012-2016) and an internship at Miller & Associates Insurance Broking, where Lunsford was recognized as the top NAPSLO intern in 2012. Lunsford began career pursuits at NAPSLO as an intern in 2011, following experience as a Financial Advisor’s Assistant at Smith Barney and an intern at Aon Consulting. Lunsford earned a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management & Insurance and Finance & Banking from Appalachian State University.
