Jonathan Allen

Jonathan Allen has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Jonathan is currently the Director of Operations & Support at Nautilus Insurance Group, where they have been since March 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Underwriter Systems Digital Leader at the same company from October 2020 to March 2021. Before joining Nautilus Insurance Group, Jonathan was the Director of Claims at Pronto Insurance from January 2020 to October 2020. Jonathan also held the position of Director of Operational Services at Pronto Insurance from October 2018 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked at Kemper as a Regional Claims Manager from June 2001 to September 2018. Jonathan also served as a Branch Claims Manager at Bristol West/Reliance Personal Insurance from June 1998 to June 2001, and as a Claims Adjuster at Integon Insurance from June 1996 to June 1998.

Jonathan Allen attended Colorado State University from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing.
