Aaron Marohl

Aaron Marohl is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the boating industry. Currently serving as the Global Service Planning Coordinator at Correct Craft since November 2023, Aaron previously held various engineering roles at Nautique Boat Company from May 2017, including Product Engineer - Special Projects Lead, where responsibilities included leading engineering on convertible transom seats and providing support for design-led projects. Earlier experience includes an internship in Industrial Engineering, focusing on mechatronic device creation and manufacturing safety enhancements. Prior to Nautique, Aaron interned at Fabcon, designing manufacturing tools to improve efficiency while implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques. Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
