Jason Swanson is an experienced leader in the manufacturing and assembly industry, currently serving as Assembly Manager and Composites Manager at Nautique Boat Company since January 2018. With a history at Correct Craft spanning from 2008 to the present, Jason has focused on ensuring high-quality products and continuous process improvement through effective problem-solving and data analysis. Previous roles include Director at Chris-Craft Corporation and Director and Quality Services Supervisor at Correct Craft from 1995 to 2008. Jason began their career as a Driver at Hometown Appliance in 1994. Jason holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming and Networking from Florida Technical College, earned between 1997 and 1999.
