Kris Hanigosky has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career at Pepsi Bottling Group as an Operations and Logistics Management Trainee, where they gained experience in maintenance and warehouse departments, including improving throughput and optimizing transportation logistics. They then moved on to Sensus Metering Systems as an Industrial/Safety Engineer, where they implemented strategic business plans, strengthened supplier relationships, optimized labor efficiency through lean manufacturing concepts, and managed safety programs. After that, they worked at Correct Craft as an Industrial Engineer and Lean Improvement Supervisor. Most recently, Kris held multiple positions at Nautique Boat Company, including Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Materials Manager, and Production Manager - Upholstery Dept.
Kris Hanigosky pursued their education at the University of Central Florida, where they obtained an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Purdue University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree from 1999 to 2003.
