Michael G. has a robust background in engineering and management, with extensive experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing. Currently serving as an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer at Nautique Boat Company since November 2022, Michael previously held various roles at Dayton-Phoenix Group, Inc., where responsibilities included leading lean transformations and managing a team of over 40 employees. Prior experience also includes positions as a sales associate at Von Tobel Lumber and Hardware, a Production Administrator at McKinney Corporation, and a Store Manager at Ace Hardware. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Purdue University and holds an Associate degree in Sustainable Energy Systems and Wind Turbine Technology from Ivy Tech Community College.
