Linda Heller

Linda oversees Nauto’s global people strategy and is focused on attracting and retaining Nauto’s top talent. She leads all people functions including people operations, total rewards, talent management, talent acquisition, DE&I, and communications. Linda is passionate about driving business success through the lens of people and creating a culture of belonging. She has a proven track record as an accomplished human resources executive and prior to Nauto, held a senior leadership role at Omnicell, Inc., a leading healthcare SaaS and has served as vice president, human resources in tech, renewables, and construction.
