Crystal Olive

Crystal Olive is an experienced privacy professional currently serving as the Manager of Privacy Operations and Compliance at NAV CANADA since June 2021. Previously, Crystal held roles as a Senior Privacy Specialist and Privacy Specialist at Ontario Health from November 2018 to June 2021, and as a Privacy & Risk Officer at the Ontario Telemedicine Network from January 2009 to November 2018. Crystal’s expertise includes privacy management, compliance, and risk management, with a strong focus on ensuring adherence to privacy best practices and legislative requirements, investigating privacy incidents, and participating in the development of privacy-related training and education. Crystal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Laurentian University and has furthered education through programs at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and McMaster University Continuing Education.
