Karen Lewis is a seasoned information developer with extensive experience across various sectors, including government and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Information Developer at NAV CANADA since March 2018, Karen has also operated as a self-employed consultant since June 2013, following a tenure at Precision Content Authoring Solutions Inc. as a consultant. Prior roles include Proposal Team Lead at CSDC Systems Inc., where leadership involved coordinating responses to RFPs and establishing proposal templates, and Team Lead for Consumer Training at Research In Motion, overseeing training development initiatives. With a background in information architecture and technical editing, Karen has contributed to numerous projects, including curriculum development, content model creation, and compliance documentation. Educational qualifications include a degree in Translation from the University of Ottawa and a degree in Arts, Languages from Mount Allison University.
