Michelle Griffin

Michelle Griffin has over a decade of experience in human resources and specializes in airport and flight information services. Currently serving as the Director of Airport & Flight Information Services for NAV CANADA since July 2015, Michelle has held various key roles, including Acting Director of HR Business Partnership and Manager of Labour Relations. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at Enns Brothers Ltd and multiple positions at The North West Company, culminating as Human Resources Manager. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Manitoba and a Business Administration diploma from RRC Polytech.
