Sophie Pavelack

Sophie Pavelack is an experienced leader in the aviation and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Scheduling Planning and Performance at NAV CANADA since March 2024. Prior to this role, Sophie held significant positions including Staff Planning Manager at IKEA (March 2021 - March 2024), General Manager of JTS Business Development at Jazz Aviation LP (November 2015 - March 2021), and Senior Director of Airports Resource Planning at Air Canada (January 2010 - July 2015), where Sophie standardized resource planning across North America. Additionally, Sophie was the Director of Inflight & Resource Planning at Air Canada Jazz from 1994 to December 2009, overseeing inflight services and managing labor relations. Early in the career, Sophie served as Manager of Crew Planning at Air Atlantic from 1989 to 1994.
