Vanessa Thatcher

Vanessa Thatcher serves as the Director of HR Operations at NAV CANADA, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of HR Operations strategies and enhancing service delivery through technology, including the rollout of Workday HCM and Payroll. Prior experience includes roles at BC Ferries as Manager of Labour Applications, IBM as IT Specialist, and AMEC Ltd. as IBS Project HR Team Lead. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Guelph.
