Vaibhav Sharma

Vaibhav Sharma has worked at two different companies in their career. Vaibhav began their professional journey in 2019 at HyreFox Consultants as a Human Resource Recruiter. Vaibhav served in this role from November 2019 to August 2020.

Following their time at HyreFox Consultants, Vaibhav joined NAV Fund Administration Group in 2020. Vaibhav started as a Human Resources Trainee in July 2020 and worked in this role until July 2021. Vaibhav then progressed to the position of an Executive within the company, where they stayed for a year from July 2021 to July 2022. Subsequently, Vaibhav took on the role of a Senior Executive in HR Transformation and Development from July 2022 to the present, demonstrating their growth and expertise in the field of human resources.

Vaibhav Sharma pursued their education in a chronological manner. Vaibhav began by attending Vidyasthali Public School from 2010 to 2011, where they completed their Higher Secondary education without specifying a specific field of study. Afterward, they enrolled at Vidyasthali Public School again from 2012 to 2013, this time completing their Senior Secondary education with a focus on Commerce. Vaibhav then went on to the University of Rajasthan, where they studied from 2013 to 2016 and earned their Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. Lastly, they attended the R. A. Podar Institute of Management from 2017 to 2019, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing.
