Jesús Conde

Jesús Conde is an experienced Air Traffic Management Expert currently serving in the Air Space & Procedures Department at NAV PORTUGAL EPE since January 2001, where responsibilities include leading the SW FAB programme management office and providing technical support in CNS/ATM concept development. Key contributions encompass the implementation of the Single European Sky Programme, active participation in multiple Eurocontrol teams, and project leadership in significant initiatives such as the RNAV ATS route reorganization and the free route airspace concept for Lisbon FIR. Prior experience includes technical support to AENA Spain at INECO focused on contingency plans and capacity analysis for the Spanish Air Traffic Services. Jesús Conde holds degrees in Air Navigation and Aerospace Systems and Aerospace Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as a Master in Air Transport Management from ISEC - Instituto Superior de Educação e Ciências.
