Miguel Seabra

Miguel Seabra is a Cybersecurity Engineer Manager and Head of SOC at NAV PORTUGAL EPE. Miguel has extensive experience in managing Cyber Security Office, SOC, DevSecOps, Risk Management, CSIRT, Security frameworks, User Awareness, Supply Chain Control, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Security by Default, and Zero Trust Policy. Prior to their current role, Miguel worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company, specializing in the analysis, design, and development of Air Traffic Management Systems using various programming languages. Miguel holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Lisbon and has pursued additional education at the University of London and the University of Maryland.
