Donald DeSantis

Donald DeSantis is a product management and design expert with over fifteen years of experience in the industry. Donald is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Nava, a position they have held since the company's inception in 2018.

Donald's career began at Telluride Venture Accelerator, where they served as a Mentor from 2015 to 2017. It was during this time that they met their future business partners and co-founded Hightower, a company specializing in market data for the commercial real estate industry. Hightower was acquired by VTS in 2016, and Donald served as Cofounder and Senior Vice President of Design until 2017, when they left to pursue other interests.

In 2018, Donald rejoined forces with their former Hightower colleagues to start Nava, a software platform that enables landlords and tenants to connect and manage their leases online. Nava has been recognized as one of the most innovative companies in the commercial real estate industry, and Donald's work has been instrumental in making it the success it is today.

Donald DeSantis has a Master of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Production from Western Washington University.

They are on a team with Erin Chisdak - Partner, Kayly Hill - Partner & Consulting Lead, and Colleen Locke - Director of Client Success. Adeyinka Araromi - Senior Product Designer, Matt Kaiser - Senior Product Designer, and Curtis Howell - Director of Product Management report to Donald DeSantis. Donald DeSantis reports to Brandon Weber, Co-Founder & CEO.
