Patrick Kehoe

Patrick Kehoe is the Chief Operating Officer at Nava. Patrick has over fifteen years of experience in various leadership roles in the commercial real estate and consulting industries.

Kehoe began their career as a Summer Associate at Booz & Company in 2005. Patrick then spent seven years at McKinsey & Company, where they rose to the position of Associate Principal. In 2014, Kehoe joined Hightower Inc. as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations. Patrick served in this role for two and a half years before joining VTS, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer in 2016.

At VTS, Kehoe was responsible for business operations and strategic growth during a period of rapid expansion for the company. Patrick also oversaw the development of the customer service teams, which helped VTS achieve industry-leading net retention rates. In 2021, Kehoe joined Nava as Chief Operating Officer.

In their current role, Kehoe is responsible for leading Nava’s operations and strategic growth initiatives. Patrick is also a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Patrick Kehoe has an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School as well as a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California. Patrick also has a BE in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin.

They are on a team with Marc Herold - Partner & Benefits Consulting, Veronique Valcu - VP, Marketing, and Colleen Locke - Director of Client Success. Their manager is Brandon Weber, Co-Founder & CEO.
