Cary-Anne Olsen-Landis

Cary-Anne Olsen-Landis is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in research and design. Currently serving as a UX Mentor at Springboard since September 2021, Cary-Anne advises students on UX design careers and critiques their work to enhance market readiness. At Stellar Elements, from May 2018 to January 2024, Cary-Anne progressed from Senior Experience Researcher to Lead Researcher, managing B2B projects and anticipating project needs. Previous roles include Experience Research Lead at IBM, where research plans for enterprise architecture programs were crafted and executed, and Lead UX Designer & Researcher at Mozido, overseeing user research for mobile applications. Cary-Anne has also held academic positions, teaching web design and interaction design courses at various universities while holding degrees in multimedia journalism, Spanish, and advanced studies in global media and research analysis from The University of Texas at Austin.
