Jim Ruggiero

Jim Ruggiero is currently the Product Manager at Nava. Jim has previous experience as a Project Manager at athenahealth, where they oversaw workflow design and system implementation by collaborating across teams to plan and execute resource allocation, system configuration and virtual and onsite client training for hospital clients nationwide. In this role, they also provided senior-level guidance regarding onboarding and core project management concepts, and offered leadership regarding methodology and implementation for all client-facing associates.

During their time at athenahealth, Jim achieved $1.5M in implementation revenue by delivering all key project milestones on-time and within budget constraints; all clients exceeded standard financial metrics in first 3-6 months post-live, typically observed of mature clients that have been live 9+ months on the system. Additionally, they stepped up to deliver three of four clients live within a five-week period instead of the four weeks that is typically scheduled between clients in the launch schedule for each project manager.

Prior to athenahealth, Jim was the Sr. Business Project Manager, Online Security at Fidelity Investments.

Jim Ruggiero has a Master of Art in Interior Design from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Art in Communication from the University of New Hampshire. Jim also has certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC).
