Tijana Kaitovic

Tijana Kaitovic is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in leading product development and marketing initiatives across various industries. Currently, Tijana serves as a Product Manager at Nava since November 2024, following a career at One Degree, Inc. where roles included Senior Product Manager and Product Manager from November 2019 to September 2024. Previously, Tijana held senior management positions at Movers Development and worked in marketing and business development at Kjara Fashion. Tijana is also the founder of Youth Energy of Serbia-YES, an initiative aimed at empowering young social entrepreneurs. With a strong educational background including a Master’s degree from the United Nations University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Belgrade, Tijana combines expertise in social entrepreneurship, product management, and strategic marketing to drive growth and innovation.
