He is a certified Microsoft Professional and Technology Specialist with Dot Net capabilities. He has extensive experience providing IT services to financial, defense, CPG, meteorology, and public sectors, which includes his projects with UNESCO and UNICEF.

At NAVA, he is leading the charge for offshore teams management and deliverables in India. With his deep technical experience, he helps clients navigate the trends that are reshaping the future work environment. As an innovative Director, he builds the right strategies for attracting, retaining, and engaging workforce. He also oversees talent recruitment, issue resolution, and coordinates between onshore and offshore teams, and does participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
