Currently serving as an Investor at Nava Ventures, Rollins previously held multiple leadership roles at T3 Advisors, a Savills Company, where responsibilities included Corporate Managing Director and Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as Senior Principal and Principal. Experience in professional sports includes playing for the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club Inc. Additionally, Rollins contributed to the Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics as a National Student-Athlete Representative. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Science and Engineering, both earned at Stanford University.
