Parin Padhiar

Parin Padhiar is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes. Currently serving as Lead Human Resources at Navaera Worldwide since December 2022, Parin has previously held roles such as HR Cum Talent Acquisition Manager at Consumer Sketch and Talent Acquisition Lead at InfoDesk, managing full recruitment cycles and mentoring teams. Earlier experiences include working as Senior Executive in HR Corporate Recruitment at Rishabh Software, Technical Recruiter at Rangam Infotech Pvt. Ltd., and various roles in customer service and business development. Parin holds a B.Com degree from Mumbai University and graduated from St. Anne's High School in Mumbai.
