Kathleen Ballard

Kathleen Ballard is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in tax and revenue management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Tax & Royalties at Navajo Transitional Energy Company, LLC since May 2025, Kathleen previously held the position of Senior Revenue Accountant at Enerplus from November 2011 to May 2025. Prior roles include Revenue Accountant at Black Hills Energy, Associate Revenue Accountant at Noble Energy, and Accountant at Credo Petroleum, with early experience as an Accounting Assistant at Stephens Inc. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
