Dan Nguyen Dang

Dan NGUYEN DANG is a Corrosion & Coating Engineer at NAVAL GROUP since December 2018, with prior experience as a Corrosion & Materials Engineer at Corrodys from January 2017 to November 2018. Dan held postdoctoral researcher positions at Université de Caen Normandie from February 2014 to December 2016, working on the ANR EcoCorail Project focusing on sustainable marine materials, and at Université de La Rochelle, France, from February 2013 to December 2013, addressing residual corrosion rates of carbon steel. Dan completed a PhD in Materials Chemistry at La Rochelle Université, following a Master 2 in Materials Science and Engineering and a Master of Science in Theoretical and Physical Chemistry from Hue University, Vietnam. Expertise includes voltamperometric techniques, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, Raman microspectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and SEM-EDS.
