Jody Devine

Jody Devine is currently a counsel at the Naval Postgraduate School. Prior to this, they served as counsel for the Inspector General of the Marine Corps from November 2016 to October 2019. Devine has also worked as chief counsel for Marine Corps Community Services and as an assistant general counsel for the National Endowment for the Arts. Jody was also a Global Employment Advisor for the U.S. Department of State at the Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa. Devine began their career as an associate for DLA Piper US LLP in the labor and employment law department before moving to Jones Day as an associate in their litigation/labor and employment law department.

Jody Devine is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
