Emily S. Novak

Emily S. Novak, PMP, currently serves as the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Technology Manager for Team Ships at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since September 2022. Previously, Emily held multiple roles at DELTA Resources Inc., including SBIR Coordinator for PEO Ships and Program Analyst for NAVSEA 05T, where responsibilities involved overseeing significant funding programs, coordinating project reviews, and conducting financial analyses. Emily also has experience as a Press Assistant Intern for the United States Department of Defense and as an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Crescent Cities Jaycees Foundation. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Mary Washington.
