Jill Cesari

Jill Cesari currently serves as the Aegis Integrated Combat Systems program lead at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since April 2022, overseeing acquisition, development, testing and evaluation of Aegis combat systems. Previously, Jill held the position of Major Program Manager at the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, managing the procurement and sustainability of undersea warfare systems from March 2019 to March 2022. Jill's extensive military experience includes roles as Advanced Radars Principal Assistant Program Manager, Military Deputy for the Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar, and Battle Watch Captain, where leadership and operational oversight were prominent. As Commanding Officer of USS SHOUP, Jill was responsible for 305 personnel and orchestrating mission tasks across various naval warfare specialties. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in National Security Policy Studies from the US Naval War College and multiple certifications in program management from the Defense Acquisition University.
