Steven Watson

Steven Watson, E.I.T., is an experienced Program Manager and Mechanical Engineer currently working at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in the Warheads Propulsion and Technology Branch, overseeing the MBDA Missile Systems CAMM Warhead Program and leading design efforts for components in various government programs. Previously, Steven managed the finances and schedules for the MK 73 Gas Generator program. In addition to engineering, Steven serves as a Zumba Instructor at DANCE & BODY WORKS INC. and has experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, providing group and personal training in various fitness disciplines. Prior roles include Project Manager at SMACNA, where sustainable construction standards were developed, and SEEK Mentor, guiding students in hands-on engineering projects. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University.
