Ian Fette

Ian Fette is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as VP Engineering for Travel at Navan since April 2023, Ian previously held the position of VP of Engineering at MANTL, where the focus was on developing software solutions for small and medium banks. Ian's earlier roles include Senior Director of Engineering at Slack, Director of Engineering at Squarespace, and CTO at Gawker Media, where Ian introduced structure and vision to a transitioning team. Ian's foundational experience includes engineering management roles at Google, where responsibilities spanned security, privacy, and product management for Google Chrome. Ian's career began as an IT Specialist at the Defense Intelligence Agency, complemented by advanced studies in computer science at Carnegie Mellon University.
